For CME Credit Transcripts
You may pull your official ASCRS CME transcript on the ASCRS member portal. Please visit http://members.ascrs.org/ASCRS/CreditRecord/ and select the Date Range (optional) and Credit Type for your transcript. (Please note: you will have to login using your ASCRS member username and password.)
You may also access your Credit Record via the My Account button at the top of the website when logged in, then select the Credit Record option under the Your Info section.
