Dear Colleague:

As you may know there is an ongoing TASS outbreak in North America and we have yet to determine the cause(s), primarily because we have not had an appropriate number of completed questionnaires returned to our research team headed by Dr. Nick Mamalis.  To help obtain the needed information the reporting process has been made simpler.  I urge you to read the attached e-mail from Dr. Mamalis and take the appropriate action.  With your help and that of your colleagues, we are far more likely to determine the cause(s).
