The video presents the role of lens epithelial cells removal during cataract surgery in preventing capsular contraction syndrome in eyes with pseudoexfoliaton syndrome. It also shows a reproducible technique for surgeons to adequately remove lens epithelial cells during small pupil cataract surgery.
