This film shows the replacement of an opacified intraocular lens by an acrylic hidrofobic lens in combination with a Descemet's stripping automated endothelial keratoplasty. An intraocular lens exchange in a eye that has undergone a previous posterior laser capsulotomy can be a challenge. Moreover if it is necessary to maintain complete the capsular support to perform a lamellar keratoplasty.
