Description
A patient with open angle glaucoma developed global Descemet folds and localized stromal edema at the proximal collar of a Polyimide micro-stent 11 weeks after implantation. Under gonioscopic view the collar and 1 retention ring were trimmed with Sinskey hook and IOL cutting scissors. Postoperative course including images of the functional implant flush with the ciliary body band are included.
