Description
After hydrodissection and free rotation of nucleus, the nucleus got dropped after making a trench and rotation. I played back my recorded video identified that pupil snap happened at the time of hydrodissection. After the nucleus drop anterior vitrectomy is done, IOLis placed in the sulcus, pars plana vitrectomy was performed by using 3 scleral ports and nucleus was eaten up in mid-vitreous cavity. It is very necessary to identify cause of PCR called pupillary snap sign.
