Vitreous is surprisingly seen in the AC after implating the IOL in a clean phaco. Reviewing the recordings one can see that the assistant takes a longer time putting a new IOL model in the cartridge and there is no OVD in the AC, since the technique used is hydroimplantation. The long wait leads to an anterior and posterior segments pressure unbalance and spontaneous PCR with vitreous prolapse.
