ABO Self-Assessment CME (SACME) Credits
ASCRS has offered pre-approved Self-Assessment CME (SACME) credit for select ASCRS ASOA Annual Meeting sessions from 2014-2019. For a list of sessions that were pre-approved for self-assessment credit by the American Board of Ophthalmology (ABO) for a particular year, please contact email@example.com.
For SACME, complete your standard CME evaluation and keep track of the sessions you attended to report them within your standard ABO MOC credit reporting. MOC credit is self-reported by the learner and must be tracked individually.
Note: ASCRS does not keep track of the SACME sessions an individual attends and will not be able to provide a report containing this information.
Credit designated as “self-assessment” is AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ and is also pre-approved by the ABO for the MOC Part II CME requirements.
