Management of corneal hydrops include intra cameral injection of air, C3F8, SF6 gas. These procedures have many limitations.
This video describes a unique technique of managing cases of corneal hydrops with compression sutures. In this technique sutures are placed in the area of Descemet`s break after confirming with ASOCT. These sutures aid in squeezing out the fluid from cornea as well as helping in attaching the Descemet break which leads to faster visual recovery.
