In this video, we are showing a technique for deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty (DALK) in a patient with descemetocele and saving the donor`s descemet for an other patient with fuchs endothelial dystrophy and cataract (combined phacoemulsification and descemet membrane endothelial keratoplasty (DMEK)) who was operated in the next day (the day after DALK for descemetocele).
