Crosslinking for keratoconus or other ectatic conditions continues to evolve. Current work in crosslinking involves variations of the energy levels, time of crosslinking, method of riboflavin delivery and supplementation of oxygen. Goals are to have effective reduction in progression of ectasia, quick recovery, low risk, and good patient comfort.
