Lid margin keratinisation in stevens johnson syndrome is associated with significant blink related micro trauma causing ocular surface damage. Addressing the issue with mucous membrane graft not just stabilises but in fact improves the ocular surface. The surgical nuances of the procedure and the outcomes with be elaborated in detail.
