The video demonstrates a simple and feasible technique of manual cyclotorsion compensation in eyes with significant astigmatism( >1.50 D),undergoing SMILE procedure for myopic astigmatism.This would help refine the outcomes of astigmatism correction with SMILE, since at present, there is no mechanism of cyclotorsion compensation in the current model of the femtolaser machine used to perform SMILE.
