ASCRS•ASOA members have exclusive access to a new report that compares how ophthalmic practices are meeting health information technology (HIT) needs and how much they are spending on that technology. Prepared by the ASCRS•ASOA HIT Committee, this report analyzes survey data collected from members and provides ophthalmic practices with a tool to compare their own spending to other similar practices.
While the survey found that most practices are currently meeting their HIT needs, they expect those needs to stay the same or grow in the coming year. Use this survey to evaluate your practice’s IT staffing, vendors, hardware and software, and IT needs for meeting government reporting programs, such as MIPS.
ASCRS•ASOA members must log into the website to download the report.
