Film shows signs of anterior, equatorial, posterior zonular weakness.The same is correlated on cadaveric eyes using Apple Miyake view. Wrinkling beyond the Rhexis margin indicates poor anterior zonular support. If the posterior capsule follows the cortex, it indicates weak posterior zonular traction and hence PC Radial sign. Timely detection helps to optimise visual outcomes in Cataract surgery.
