Minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS) aims to provide a safer, less invasive means of reducing intra-ocular pressure than traditional surgery. Cost and unavailability of MIGS devices limits surgeons in developing countries in adopting MIGS in patient care. Our video demonstrates a step wise approach in inculcating low cost MIGS procedures suitable for developing countries.
