Aphakia is one of the global causes of post-traumatic or post-surgical diminution of vision. Currently secondary IOLs available are ACIOLs, Iris-Fixated IOLs, Scleral-Fixated IOL etc. This is the new CM T-Flex hydrophilic foldable IOL which is 14.00 mm in length with a unique design of a T- Flex junction haptic that prevents the slippage once it is brought out of the sclerostomy site.
