Trabeculectomy surgery is the most a common procedure in anti-glaucoma surgery. Role of MMC is crucial from simple to complex cases. In this video, we are highlighting about unintentional human error of surgeon forgetting sponge in the eye and its consequences. In addition we are highlighting several innovations to avoid this situation and also adding a note on injectable MMC.
