This video describes the steps involved in a femtosecond assisted combined Bowman’s Membrane Transplantation and Corneal Allogenic Intrastromal Ring Segment (“CAIRS”) for Keratoconus. To the best of the author’s knowledge, this is the first such report of such a procedure. This sutureless grafting procedure can halt keratoconus progression and improve topography and visual acuity.
