ND:YAG CAPSULOTOMY WAS DONE FOR POSTERIOR CAPSULAR OPACIFICATION 8 YRS BACK.

IOL WAS OPACIFIED. PATIENT WAS TAKEN UP FOR IOL EXCHANGE. PLATE HAPTIC BIFOCAL IOL PROLAPSED OUT OF BAG, QUADRISECTED THROUGH A 2.2MM INCISION AND EXCHANGED WITH TRIFOCAL TORIC IOL PLACED IN BAG IN PRESENCE OF PRE-EXISTING CAPSULOTOMY OPENING.

POST-OPERATIVE DAY 1: VISION 6/6, N6, ANTERIOR CHAMBER QUIET, IOL IN PLACE.
