This course aims to educate the attendees on the intricacies& nuances necessary to achieve the perfect result in SMILE.We address optimizing the machine settings,instructions given to the patient for maximal cooperation,drying of the ocular surface,achieving dock with perfect centration,meticulous tissue dissection technique and managing difficult situations such as suction loss,OBL,Managing posterior separation prior to anterior&lenticule tear.
