Course Description
This course will detail the management of both wet and dry age-related macular degeneration (AMD) that is tailored for the comprehensive ophthalmologist. A solid understanding of the pathophysiology of AMD followed by an evidence-based treatment algorithm that can be used to manage most patients with AMD will be provided. Established treatment regimens, and recently approved and soon to be introduced drugs will be discussed.
