Course Description
The course will discuss changing paradigms for managing pediatric cataracts. This includes preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative management strategies. Safety of IOL implantation in infants, avoiding anterior vitrectomy and newer concepts in visual rehabilitation will be discussed. Surgical pearls on managing complicated pediatric cataracts will also be covered. This will help pediatric cataract surgeons enhance their outcomes.

Educational Objective
At the conclusion of the course, the attendee will get a thorough overview of the clinical pearls and surgical tips to enhance outcomes in pediatric cataract surgery.
