Course Description
Course will comprise lectures, videos, case-based, and panel discussions of Manual Small-Incision Cataract Surgery (MSICS), as taught by expert surgeons from Aravind Eye Hospital and U.S. academic centers. Course topics include basic and detailed steps of MSICS, the role of MSICS in International Ophthalmology and global health, the review of the literature for MSICS, and case-based complex situations.

Educational Objective
Course attendees should be able to confidently understand the surgical procedure, its utility, and be aware of possible solutions for complex situations.
