Course Description
In this surgical video course different surgical techniques for IOL exchange will be discuss. Topics will include how to explant a single and three piece IOL's with and without open bag, a subluxated IOL and IOL/bag complex and surgical advise on how to avoid complications. Secondary IOL implantation in these settings will also be covered in addition to anterior vitrectomy .

Educational Objective
The attendees will learn from a diverse group of experts how to perform a pre operative evaluation, surgical planning and surgical techniques for IOL exchange in different settings, avoid and manage complications making the surgical procedures more safe.
