Course Description
This clinical case and video-based course will show how to manage DALK complications (ruptures, double anterior chamber, excessive trephination, etc.). Speakers will also present the outcomes of DALK newer indications: keratoglobus, post-herpetic scar, active infections unresponsive to medical treatment, penetrating corneal wounds, and ocular surface disorders.

Educational Objective
At the end of this course, attendees will be able to expand the indications for DALK and limit the number of penetrating keratoplasties
