Both corneal specialists and comprehensive ophthalmologists encounter difficult corneal and ocular surface conditions are challenging to manage. Conflicting results on the outcome of different treatments make it difficult for the treating clinician to formulate the best management plan. In this case-based symposium, cases will be presented, and the invited faculty will share their experience and provide evidence-based guidelines in managing these challenging cases either medically or surgically. Different surgical approaches will also be discussed
