We present 3 rare complications of FLACS. The 1st patient had an Anterior chamber bleed post completion of laser. Vacuum loss was noted due to patients eye movements. The 2 nd patient had a retained anterior capsulotomy flap which was aspirated the next day .The 3rd patient after an uneventful FLACS developed dyspnoea & cardiac complications before phacoemulsification which was possible on Day 77.
