Phacoemulsification of a grade IV cataract with 6D astigmatism in a patient operated on at age 1 for congenital glaucoma by iridencleisis OU, leading to severe corectopia. Surgical steps: large surgical opening of the iris, mechanical dilation of the pupil, phacoemulsification, insertion of a toric IOL, iridoplasty consisting in 2 sutures and iris modeling with an anterior vitrector.
