Course Description
New IOLs and techniques are making cataract surgery similar to refractive surgery. Surgeons must provide postop optimal visual quality, with plano correction at distance, good intermediate and near vision. No halos or glare This requires accurate customization of IOLs choice, accurate multiple biometry and adoption of Femto laser, Zepto, miLoop, and IOLs: toric, EDOF, trifocal. Before surgery, treatments to manage Evaporative Dry Eye are necessary
