Course Description
Course will highlight refractive surgery from the early planning stage to post-operative management. Designed for beginner surgeons in a case-based interactive fashion: 1. Case selection, topography interpretation, and holistic understanding of patient. 2. Navigating challenges in new centers, streamlining workflow, & surgical techniques. 3. Post-op care and complication management. 4. Refining outcomes using algorithms, graphs, and PDSA method.

Educational Objective
Other: To foster a more confident and safe approach to refractive surgery case selection, intra-operative and post-operative management.
