Course Description
Course will discuss current controversies surrounding simulation-based training in cataract surgery. Simulation-based training utilizes advanced VR technology to enable surgeons to practice techniques, perfect movements, and enhance decision-making skills. Supporters state that by learning from mistakes without endangering real patients, this method cultivates a confident and proficient surgical workforce. Aspects will be discussed and debated.
