Course Description
Course will give the audience a general overview of the Femtosecond (FS) Laser technology in corneal applications including refractive, therapeutic lamellar surgery and corneal allogenic intrastromal segments. New cutting profiles, software updates of the laser platforms used by the presenters and refinements of surgical procedures will be discussed. Clinical results of the different procedures, indications and complications will be presented.

Educational Objective
New criteria for patient selection as well as intraoperative laser parameters and new cutting profiles of FS laser in FS-DALK to improve the clinical results. Mushroom-shaped FSDALK will be deeply presented and its long-term clinical results will be discussed. The use of allogenic corneal tissue (CAIRS) for the intracorneal implantation. surgical details and clinical results of this procedure will also be shown and discussed.
