Descemet Stripping Only (DSO) is a relatively novel surgical treatment for Fuchs endothelial cell dystrophy (FECD) that mitigates the adverse events related to corneal transplants. In this video, we demonstrate the combined surgical approach of DSO and cataract extraction with IOL implantation. We hope this video serves to educate on surgical management of early Fuchs dystrophy and cataracts.
