We describe clinical applications and surgical techniques for a new type of capsular tension segment (CTS) for use during cataract surgery. The New angled CTS is different from other CTS devices by having an angled eyelet avoiding tilt after surgery and guarantee major stability of the capsular bag and in addition it has a smaller diameter that facilitates your insertion.
