Presentation of the 2021 Chang-Crandall Humanitarian Award
The ASCRS Foundation is proud to recognize Geoff Tabin, MD and Sanduk Ruit, MD as Co-Winners of the 2021 Chang-Crandall Humanitarian Award. The award will be presented during ASCRS Opening General Session on Saturday, July 24, 2021. Endowed by a generous gift from David and Victoria Chang, the ASCRS Foundation's Chang-Crandall Humanitarian Award was established to honor and recognize outstanding humanitarian work around cataract blindness. The Foundation renamed its highest honor in 2020 in recognition of Alan S. Crandall, MD's exemplary life and commitment to charitable service.
Debut of a NEW Foundation Video
During Opening General Session, the Foundation will debut a new video showcasing the incredible impact that you make possible! If you can’t attend the session live, the video will be available post-meeting on the Foundation’s website and social media platforms. We are thankful to The Carlin Companyfor their support in producing this year’s video.
