A 24 years male with traumatic dislocated IOL and drawn up pupil. Corneal incision was done, picking the haptic of IOL which was on anterior vitreous and removal of IOL through enlarged corneal incision.

Anterior vitrectomy was done, Scleral fixation of IOL at 6 o’clock as there was lower zonyolysis. Pupilloplasty for drawn up pupil and closure of corneal incision.
