Corneal perforations can have a devastating impact with significant ocular morbidity. We describe a case of a 71 year old female with a corneal perforation from an active rheumatoid melt with vision dropping to CF. We proceeded to a 3mm disc of DSAEK tissue to plug the perforation internally with an external disc of cyanoacrylate glue. Day 1 post-op the patient was 20/50 with clear central cornea.
