Frequently Asked Questions

Don't see an answer to your question?

Contact ASCRS at cme@ascrs.org and provide us as much detail as possible in your inquiry regarding the launch of the new ASCRS CME 24/7 and ASCRS Education Catalog.

How do I sign up for new CME activities?

Visit the new ASCRS Education Catalog to browse all available CME activities. To enroll in a CME activity, click the orange "Enroll Now" button shown on the activity details page. If you have complimentary access to that activity, you will automatically be enrolled and taken into the CME activity. If you do not have complimentary access, you may be sent into the ecommerce platform to purchase access.

How do I log in to CME 24/7?

You will use your standard ASCRS website username and password to log into CME 24/7. Your username will be the primary e-mail address associated with your ASCRS membership, or the e-mail address you have used in the past when engaging with ASCRS.

If you believe you already have an ASCRS account but are not aware of your login credentials, please contact ascrs@ascrs.org for login support. Please do not create a new ASCRS account if you believe you may already have one, as this will result in issues with your access to various activities and programs.

Where can I access CME certificates for activities I completed in the old CME 24/7?

You may view, download, and print CME certificates for all completed activities within your personal transcript on the ASCRS website.

I registered for ASCRS 20/Happy in 2020 but have not completed all nine modules. Will I be able to continue in the new CME 24/7?

Yes! Anyone registered for ASCRS 20/Happy in 2020 will be re-enrolled in the program within the new CME 24/7, and the activities you completed will be marked as complete in the new LMS. You will be able to participate and claim CME for any incomplete modules in the new CME 24/7 without issue.

Will I lose access to any of my previous CME records?

All completed CME records from CME 24/7 are transferred automatically to your personal transcript within the ASCRS website. No completed CME records will be lost in the transition, and your completed CME 24/7 activity records will be carried over into the new platform.

I have enrolled in but not completed several CME activities in the past. Will I be able to continue these activities in the new CME 24/7?

Many CME activities in the old LMS have expired prior to the transition. Activities that have already expired are not accessible in either platform.

For activities that are available in the new CME 24/7, you will need to re-enroll in these activities and start them from the beginning in order to complete them.

How do I claim credit for activities or events that I completed but I do not see on my transcript?

Records for credits earned outside of CME 24/7 are not reflected in the CME 24/7 website. Please make sure to check your complete personal transcript on the ASCRS website in order to view all credit records for both live and enduring CME.

Once you have confirmed a credit record is missing, please contact cme.ascrs.org for assistance with claiming. Once our staff has verified your participation in the live event or activity, we will process your credit and issue your CME certificate.
