A case of advanced epithelial downgrowth(EDG) diagnosed decades after an ocular trauma. Multiple surgeries performed by 2 surgeons in two different US states leading to restoration of vision with 2 years without EDG reoccurrence. Procedures include: partial lamellar sclerokeratouvectomy, cryotherapy, 5-FU &Methotrexate injections, Endothelial Keratoplasty, and Iris prosthesis implantation
