We are presenting a case of sheet-like extension of epithelial down-growth after DSAEK .The lenticule was detached, folded, and stretched in some parts. We debrided the epithelial cells from the interface, fixed the lenticule with straight prolene needles, and finally filled the anterior chamber with an air bubble. This technique resulted in a clear cornea after one year.
