Throughout this video, we compile clinical cases of phacoemulsification with an extremely narrow anterior chamber, nanophthalmos, zonular weakness, anterior lenticone or with a phakic lens in which the help of the femtosecond laser becomes essential, as well as in cases of capsulophimosis.
