The removal of dislocated PMMA iris clip IOLs in the anterior chamber along with cataract surgery can be challenging due to the requirement of large wounds for IOL explantation and iris prolapse during phacoemulsifications. This video describes the tips to help surgeons to combat these challenges during the surgery to achieved excellent outcomes avoiding complications.
