61 yrs old male patient being managed for normo-tensive glaucoma and cataract. Myopic eye, with a refraction of - 8.25 DS, axial length of 27.18 mm as measured by optical biometry with an ACD of 3.63 mm. Here we visualise and demonstrate the angle examination on table with the findings of iridotrabecular contact due to appositional angle closure, despite spacious ACD.
