Since microscopic surgeon’s view is lacking information such as motion and position of surgeon's hands, surgeons-in-training often failed to reproduce expert surgeons' procedures from the movies. Simultaneous recording the surgical field out of the microscopic view by a small camera set on the microscope is comprehensive and improves surgeons-in-training understanding and learning surgeries.
