DSAEK is loosing some popularity as an endothelial keratoplasty to his thinner brother, the DMEK. Today, DSAEK is still an excellent solution for complicated cases with challenges in air and gas bubble manipulation like aphakia, previous glaucoma surgeries, deficient lens-iris diaphragm etc. In this video ill present different ways to suture and secure your DSAEK in challenging cases.
