Numerous patients received Posterior Implantable Contact Lens(ICL) or Iris Fixated Anterior Chamber Lens(ACL) insertion for years. The removal demand due to complications including are increasing. In our institute 110 ICL and 112 ACL removal was done within 1 year. I would like to introduce some experiences and tips I have learned through these numerous phakic IOL removal.
