Patient with large corneal scar causing high astigmatism, eccentric pupil, aphakia & marked strabismus secondary to old traumatic penetration of the left globe. We describe a novel technique for correction of the aphakia & high corneal astigmatism without capsular support using 1-piece toric IOL threaded with sutures at the haptic-optic junction and flange scleral fixation along with pupilloplasty.
