In this Video, the concept of correcting refraction rather than corneal topography is highlighted since refraction corelates with vision, topography does not. Following a unique herpetic corneal scar patient with pre and postoperative topography is as irregular and yet patient can see 20/25 following LaZrPlastique® as a surface laser treatment in a refractive, rather than a therapeutic mode.
