This video demonstrates how autologous blood can be processed at point of patient care using centrifuge to obtain platelet rich plasma which clots instantly under the graft creating a true autologous glue. Subconjuctival Tranexamic acid prevents fibrinolysis of the glue and facilitates long term graft adherence avoiding need to use allogenic glue material (fibrin glue).
